We’re back in business with the Amsterdam guided walks. While most of us have been cursing the seemingly endless procession of storms over the past six weeks or so, we at the Shipwreck Museum have been quietly hoping that the strong winds and aggressive tides associated with the miserable weather would get to work and shift the sand and shingle that had been hiding the boat for nearly two years. They have succeeded and much of what used to be visible of the wreck in the past has now re-emerged.

This means we can restart the walks, with the first taking place on Friday March 6 and the second on Sunday March 22, both starting at 7:10 in the morning. Assembly is as usual at the viewing/information platform to be found on the far side of the footbridge at the end of Bridge Way, St Leonards (TN38 8AP).
